Privacy Policy

ACH-Connect is operated by RazPro LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy explains our handling of information through ACH-Connect, including ach.razpro.us and its separately configured sandbox environment.

Information we process

We process account and access information, such as your email address, authentication identifiers, role, account status and session information. Google sign-in is handled through Google and our authentication provider; ACH-Connect does not ask for your Google or QuickBooks password. If password sign-in is used, our authentication provider processes that credential.

Authorized users upload bank activity reports containing information such as owner/customer names, unit identifiers, payment amounts, dates and tracking references. We process the reports to extract accounting records and may retain extracted records, source filenames, processing results and diagnostic excerpts. Reports may contain personal or financial information; upload only information you are authorized to provide.

When an authorized administrator connects QuickBooks, we process company identifiers, customer and invoice information, account and item references, payment and deposit records, and authorization tokens needed for the integration. We also process activity records and technical information needed to operate, troubleshoot and secure the service.

Purposes

We use information to authenticate users, enforce access permissions, match uploaded receipts to the appropriate units and invoices, perform user-authorized accounting operations, track processing results, investigate errors, provide support and protect the service. ACH-Connect records receipts and deposits in QuickBooks; it does not initiate the underlying bank ACH transfer.

We do not sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or use uploaded reports or QuickBooks data to train general-purpose AI models.

Organizations and access

When you use ACH-Connect for a condominium association or another organization, that organization and its authorized administrators determine the accounting work performed and who may access it. Contact that organization about its independent handling of your information. Access within ACH-Connect is governed by assigned permissions; we do not represent that every user's access is limited to a single building.

Service providers and disclosures

We use Vercel for application hosting, Supabase for database and authentication services, Google for optional sign-in, Cloudflare Turnstile for automated-abuse prevention where enabled, and Intuit for the QuickBooks integration. Information necessary to provide those services is processed by the relevant providers under their applicable terms and policies. Authorized support personnel may access information when necessary to operate or support the service.

We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, protect rights or security, or as directed by the organization entitled to control the records. Data may be processed in the United States and other locations used by our providers; this policy does not promise exclusive storage in one jurisdiction.

Retention and deletion

We retain information as needed to provide the service, maintain accounting and audit records, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. Specific retention periods depend on the record type and the organization's requirements. Contact us to request access, correction, export or deletion. We will verify your authority and coordinate with the relevant organization where appropriate. Requests remain subject to applicable retention obligations and the rights of others.

Disconnecting QuickBooks stops future authorized access through that connection; it does not itself delete existing QuickBooks transactions or all records already retained by ACH-Connect. Copies in provider backups may remain until the applicable backup retention cycle expires. A disconnected account may require reconnection before further accounting work can proceed.

Security and cookies

We use measures including HTTPS, assigned user roles, server-side access controls and encrypted stored QuickBooks tokens. No system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account secure and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

The application uses session cookies and authentication state to provide sign-in and protect its workflows. Where enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser, device and network signals to distinguish legitimate sign-in attempts from automated abuse. Google, Intuit and other provider pages may use their own cookies under their policies.

Choices, changes and contact

You may stop using the app, ask your administrator to disable access, or disconnect ACH-Connect through QuickBooks' connected-app controls. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location and circumstances; this policy does not restrict rights provided by law.

The service is intended for authorized business users, not children. We may update this policy and will identify its effective date. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
